Who are Q Apartments?

Founded in 1996, Q Apartments are a global provider of serviced apartments and currently manage a network of more than 2,500 units across 3 cities, London, Copenhagen and Sao Paulo.

Where are our apartments located?

All our apartments are centrally located in London, Copenhagen and Sao Paulo and are always within walking distance from public transport. In London, all our apartments are a short walk from the underground network.

Can I request a particular apartment number?

We will of course endeavor to meet all apartment requests, however these cannot be guaranteed. Apartment allocation is completed the night prior, and all requests will be taken into consideration during this process.

What is included in my apartment?

Our apartments are fully fitted with everything you would need for a short leisure break or a longer corporate stay. Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, appliances and ironing facilities are included in your apartment as standard.

How long can I book an apartment for?

Certain dates and apartments may be restricted to longer stays. There is no maximum stay. Please contact our sales team on +44 (0) 20 3645 1799 for extended corporate stays.

How can I cancel my apartment booking?

For website bookings you can cancel your booking on this website using your booking reference and email address or you can call our reservations team in the specific country.

How do I check-in to my apartment?

We will send you the check-in procedures and details to access to your apartment via email prior to your arrival. Some of our units are accessible by a unique personal key code and some others require keys which will be located in key safes in the lobby of the building. For Copenhagen, keys can be collected at the airport and instructions can be found in the pre-stay email you will receive.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival. It is strictly prohibited to enter the apartment building before this time as it may not be vacant or ready for you to move in to. Our apartments must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure (except in Copenhagen, where check-out is at 12.00 hrs). As a courtesy to arriving guests we request that you observe this check-out time. If you require a later check out time please contact our reservations team.

How do I collect the keys?

We will send you all details for the secure key code access to your apartment building, keys and individual apartment, prior to your arrival.

Who do I contact after I’ve checked-in?

If you have inquiries or questions about the apartment during your stay please call our reservations number for the country you are staying in and we will be happy to help. For out of office hours inquiries, you may be redirected to our emergency telephone answering service.

Are pets allowed in Q apartments apartments?

We offer pet friendly apartments in most of our locations across London, please note restrictions apply and an additional pet fee and deposit may be charged.

Will my apartment have Wi-Fi?

Complimentary internet access is provided in all Q Apartments. Instructions and passwords can be found inside the apartment.

Will my apartment be cleaned during my stay?

Our apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis (except in Copenhagen). Additionally, you can book apartment cleaning and linen changes, at an additional charge, during the reservation process on this website. You can also contact our reservations teams to arrange cleaning and linen/towel changes during your stay.

Can I cancel my apartment booking?

All bookings will be refunded in full provided they are cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will not be entitled to a refund. Bookings made under our Advance Purchase Non Refundable Rate are not entitled to any modifications or refunds.

Does Q Apartments adhere to existing equality and accessibility regulations?

Our company operates in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and the Equality Act 2010 and, as such, we encourage all prospective guests to talk to us about any special accommodation requirements they may have. We will be pleased to discuss our most appropriate accommodation solutions with the aim of making all guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
